What is the work? Attention Dynamics® teaches you how to get out of the part of your mind that holds you back in familiar patterns of thinking, and into the part that creates transformation. You will practice direct and effective ways to access the parts of your mind that sense the subtle dynamics of presence, both within yourself and in others. With well-illustrated instructions and easy exercises that lead to solidly repeatable skills, You’ll learn to navigate your inner presence in a tangible way so you can consciously choose your emotional state, invite rapport, and regulate your boundaries with others with specific, sensately real, energetic dynamics. Attention Dynamics shows you the subtle energy skills you need to quiet and focus your mind at will and gain access to your creative passion.

When is the workshop? August 27-29, Friday evening through Sunday afternoon.Friday: 7-9 p.m., Saturday: 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., Sunday 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. No partial attendance, please.

What does it cost? The cost for Friday night through Sunday afternoon is $325 plus processing fee. If you are a California mental health professional licensed through the Board of Behavioral Sciences, you can request CEUs at $25 additional charge.

Are CEUs available? CEUs (14 class hours) from the Board of Behavioral Sciences will be available for an administrative fee of $25 over any donation you choose to offer for the workshop.
